Refund and Returns
If something does not fit or is not what you expected, send it back. We would rather process a return than have a piece sit unworn in a wardrobe.
The Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition
Items must come back unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and the original packaging intact. We inspect every return. Anything showing signs of wear, washing, odour or damage will be sent back to you.
How To Return
- Email support@essentialshoodieofficial.us with your order number and the reason for return.
- We reply with return instructions and an address. Do not send anything back before you receive these.
- Pack the item securely with tags attached and post it using a tracked service.
- Send us the tracking number.
Who Pays Return Shipping
We pay if the item is faulty, damaged in transit, not what you ordered, or fails our authenticity standards.
You pay if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. We recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.
Exchanges
The fastest route to a different size or colour is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Stock moves quickly and holding an item during a return is not something we can guarantee.
If you want an exchange handled directly, email us and we will do what we can subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process the refund within [NUMBER] business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further [NUMBER] business days to show the funds.
Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Contact us within [NUMBER] days of delivery with photographs. We cover return shipping and issue a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
What We Cannot Accept
- Items returned after the return window has closed
- Items without original tags
- Worn, washed or altered items
- Items marked final sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us immediately and we will cancel it and refund in full. Once a parcel has left the warehouse it must be returned through the standard process above.
